Dickinson - mental health advocate, TED speaker, and published author of the  memoir entitled 'Breaking Into My Life.'  Michelle shares her personal journey after years of being a child caregiver, living with and loving a mother with bipolar disorder.  Michelle has gone on a journey of self-healing and has spent years trying to educate others on mental health. Her goal is to eradicate the stigma and help others have more compassion and open conversations.
